This training will focus on the investigation process by the Administration of Child Services (ACS). We will be defining types of neglect & abuse and discussing the family court process. Additionally, we will discuss legal parent advocacy, the role these parent advocates play and share resources for impacted parents.

This training is open to the public but most relevant to parents impacted by the child welfare system.

This training will be hosted by Rise and facilitated by Bronx Defenders.
