Rise & Shine Fundraiser 2019

With the support of 200 donors last fall, Rise launched Rise & Shine, an 18-week, parent-led program to accelerate parent leadership in child welfare reform, graduating 7 parent leaders in June.

This fall, our goal is to raise $100,000 to launch a new class of Rise & Shine graduates. With your support, we can:
* Graduate another class of Rise & Shine parents prepared to advocate with knowledge and power
* Support parents to bring their expertise into policy committees, legislative action and community peer education
* Host events to engage the public in understanding child welfare reform as a justice issue
* Broaden our community of allies invested in parent-led reform

Become a Rise & Shine supporter today!

Sponsorship packages give you recognition and invitations to Rise public education and community-building events.

"Pledge Sponsors" pledge to try to reach a fundraising goal through outreach to colleagues, friends and family. Rise can support pledge sponsors who host small events in their homes or workplaces, or use social media to broaden Rise's community. We have 7 events planned for fall 2019!
